Our Design Engineers have designed many large, small, manual or robotic welding, machining, checking fixtures, robotic cell layouts, relationship gauges and special purpose machinery (SPM) with pneumatic, hydraulic or manual clamping options.
Our team includes the right mix of talent, education and experience. We design cost effective fixtures, run interference checks, conduct gun study and consider human ergonomics on every design. We work on customer standards and use customer’s drawing formats or have even standardized our formats and templates. Our Design Approval Process (DAP) with the customers incorporates customer inputs and feedback to develop an optimized solution.
